Course Description

This training is designed to teach the crucial physical skills required by law enforcement and military proactive security professionals to successfully detect, deter, and intercept hostile threats and surveillance conducted against their interest.  The course concentrates on the methods used by the “opponent” (criminal and terrorist organizations) to conduct surveillance on various targets of interest for the purpose of implementing attacks and/ or inflicting damage.

The course teaches aspects of both dynamic and static surveillance as they pertain to the “opponent’s” long- and short-term missions objectives, and covers in detail all aspects of vehicle, foot, and stationary operations.  The student will also learn the significance of the Intelligence Gathering process through surveillance and its role in preparing for an attack.

This training program relies primarily on hands-on practice and practical exercises to assure the proper transfer of knowledge and skills to the students.  It is taught by veteran law enforcement and military professionals of various fields and expertise, all possess years of operational experience in the surveillance fields.

 

Course Prerequisites:
Restricted to Fully Commissioned/ Sworn U.S. Law Enforcement Officers, Government Agents, and Active Military Personnel.
