Designed as a train-the-trainer course, this hydraulic Breacher training provides participants with a full spectrum curriculum concentrating on the two most popular hydraulic tools in the tactical arena, manual and battery powered.  Both tools are extremely powerful, simply to operate, and particularly effective in breaching specific targets.

The focus of this training is to instruct students in the proper operations and tactical deployment of hydraulic tools.  By doing so the course achieves its main objective of creating the confidence and proficiency necessary to deploy this breaching capability in real-life environments/ missions.

This unique course fulfills three important objectives.  First, it provides participants with one training venue to learn, practice, and become proficient with hydraulic breaching tools and methodologies.  Second, accomplished during countless practical exercises, it provides operators with the ability to dynamically implement hydraulic breaching capabilities in conjunctions with other breaching tools thereby recognizing their true operational capabilities and limitations. Lastly, it equips participants with the necessary information and experience to assist them in developing their agency’s hydraulic breaching programs, and instruct its members.

 

This course is thought exclusively by POST certified instructors who possess real-world operational experience in field of hydraulic breaching.

 

Course Prerequisites:
Restricted to Fully Commissioned/ Sworn U.S. Law Enforcement Officers, Government Agents, and Active Military Personnel

  • Members of tactical teams and/ or emergency response units
  • Members of Bomb Tech/ EOD teams who are task with breaching duties
  • Members of other specialized units which require operational knowledge and capacities in the field of tactical breaching
